Leadership coaching for high-performers who are done shrinking in the rooms that matter.

VOICE. PRESENCE. ADVANCEMENT.

Turn strategy into lived behavior across leaders and team by operationalizing executive sponsorship and human behavior.

Leadership development consultant in the United States

"If you are a director or senior leader who is excellent at your job and starting to realize that excellence alone is no longer the thing getting you promoted, you are in the right place."

I work 1:1 with leaders director and senior director roles in high-stakes industries: financial services, life sciences, healthcare, and aerospace. I also customize workshops that work for companies in emotional intelligence and the neuroscience behind using it in high-stake environment.

I work on the specific behaviors that determine whether you advance or stall. How you show up in the room. What you say first. How you delegate. How do you advocate for yourself when no one else is doing it for you?

The work I do.

The work is grounded in behavioral science and 15 years of executive coaching. The output is not a plan or a framework. The output is you, walking into the next high-stakes meeting with the voice, presence, and authority your role already requires of you.

Industries I know well

Coaching is portable across industries. Context is not. The four below are where I do most of my work.

Financial Services

For leaders in capital markets, banking, and asset management who are excellent at their work, but are watching less-qualified peers move ahead.

Life Sciences & Biotech

For leaders navigating regulated environments, fast-moving science, and leadership cultures that still skew male at the senior level.

Healthcare

For leaders leading clinical and administrative teams who are quietly absorbing more than the system gives back.

AEROSPACE & DEFENSE

For leaders in technical and operational leadership roles, where being the only woman in the room is still the norm.

Find out which pattern is most likely costing you visibility right now.

Most high-performing leaders default to one of four behavioral patterns when the room gets hard: defer, over-prepare, caveat, or disappear. The Voice Pattern Audit walks you through ten scenario-based questions and tells you which one is most likely yours, what it is costing you, and one specific shift to practice this week.

Client Coaching Stories

REAL LEADERS. REAL CHALLENGES. REAL SHIFTS

“She does not position herself as the driver of change. She equips leaders to become the drivers themselves, and the results last.”

  • She had the performance numbers but kept getting passed over. Strong work was not translating into advancement.

The pattern underneath was harder to see. She was deferring to others before she spoke, over-adjusting to the room, and waiting for permission to act on answers she already had. Likable. Capable. Overlooked.

We rebuilt how she showed up in upward conversations. She learned to speak from conviction, hold her position under pushback, and stop outsourcing her judgment. She was promoted that same year.

  • She stepped into a new role in an unfamiliar culture and could not find her footing.

Her strategic instincts were sharp, but in a room where the rules were unwritten, she froze. She deferred when she should have decided. She second-guessed, thinking that was actually right. The team was watching for a leader and seeing hesitation.

We built a practice of self-directed inquiry. She learned to ask herself the right questions before looking outward for answers, and to trust her reasoning under ambiguity. Within months, she became someone her team could orient around.

  • She was the most strategic thinker in the room and the least heard.

Under pressure, her thoughts disorganized. She overinterpreted every email, performed invulnerability to survive a male-dominated culture, and erased herself to keep the peace. The intelligence was there. The presence was not landing.

We broke the overthinking cycle, built communication systems that reduced the cognitive load, and worked on how to hold a room without making herself smaller. She stopped performing invulnerability and started leading with grounded, direct confidence.

The Women's Leadership Inflection Point

The Challenge: High-performing women at the Director level stall; not because they lack ability, but because the strategies that got them here won't take them further.
