Behavior is the variable. Everything else is the context.

The InVivo Method is how I coach. It is grounded in behavioral science, refined across fifteen years of executive work, and built for leaders who are already excellent and ready to be different in the room.

living.”

Why behavior, not strategy

Most leaders I work with do not need more information. They already know what good leadership looks like. They have read the books, taken the assessments, and sat through the trainings. The gap is not knowledge. The gap is what actually happens in the next ninety seconds when the room gets hard.

That is where the InVivo Method works. In Latin, in vivo means “within the living.” This is coaching that happens inside the live moments of your leadership, not in the abstract. We work on the specific situations you are walking into this week, the patterns you fall into under pressure, and the one behavioral shift that will change how the next conversation lands.

THE FOUR PRINCIPLES THE METHOD IS BUILT ON

  • Insight without behavior change is just better-informed inaction. Every session ends with one specific behavioral commitment you can practice before we meet again. The work is not how you think differently. It is how you act differently when it counts.

  • Generic leadership advice assumes a generic room. Your room is not generic. It has specific people, specific dynamics, and specific stakes. We work on the room you are actually walking into, with the people who are actually there, not the version in a textbook.

  • This is not confidence coaching. You are already capable. The work is reconnecting you to the authority your role already requires, and giving you the language and behavior to use it without performing a version of leadership that was never built for you.

  • One difficult meeting is a situation. The way you respond to every difficult meeting is a pattern. We solve for the pattern. That is how the change holds after the coaching is over.

WHAT A SESSION ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

Sessions are sixty or seventy-five minutes, depending on the package. They follow a consistent structure: a brief check-in on what has happened since we last spoke, focused work on the situation or pattern in front of you, integration of what you noticed about yourself in the conversation, and one specific behavioral commitment for the next two weeks.

Between sessions, you have access to me for short messages. They are for the moment before the high-stakes meeting when you want a ninety-second reminder of what we decided you would try.

"The result is never more information. It is a different behavior."

WHO THIS METHOD IS FOR

The InVivo Method is built for leaders in director and senior director roles in high-stakes industries. It is a fit for the leaders who have done enough reading, taken enough courses, and are ready to do the work of changing what she actually does when the room gets hard.
