Most of my clients start with a specific situation in front of them. A stretch role, a stalled promotion, a presentation that has to land, a relationship at work that is not working. That is enough to begin. The package you choose depends on whether you are solving for the situation, the pattern underneath it, or the version of yourself who is ready to lead at the next level.
PACKAGE 1
Bootcamp
For when something specific is in front of you.
4 sessions · 60 minutes each · 6 to 8 weeks
Bootcamp is the right entry point when you are walking into a defined moment, and you need to show up differently in it. A new role you stepped into and have not found your footing in yet. A presentation, a difficult conversation, a board meeting, a stretch project. Something specific, something soon.

We do not do a full leadership overhaul in four sessions. We identify the one or two behavioral shifts that will change how the next thirty to sixty days land, and we practice them in the live moments as they happen.

Elevation
For the leader preparing for the next level.
12 sessions · 75 minutes each · 6 to 9 months
Elevation is the deepest version of this work. It is for the woman who is done navigating on someone else’s terms and is preparing for VP or equivalent in the next two to three years. She is not looking for tactics. She is rebuilding how she operates from the ground up, with intention.

The longer sessions and the longer engagement are not arbitrary. The depth of work required at this level cannot happen in sixty-minute increments. We work on the behavioral architecture of advancement, the sponsorship strategy that gets you in the rooms you have not been invited into yet, and the leadership philosophy you will carry with you into the next role and the one after that.
